Business Analyst (Nuclear Business Technology)

About the Team & Impact

You will join the Nuclear Business Technology team supporting a high-priority program. This role focuses on enabling business and technology alignment through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement, and clear documentation to support delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into clear documentation
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align business and technical teams
• Develop use cases, user journeys, and process models
• Produce test scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation materials
• Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle , including traceability
• Create presentations and executive-level summaries
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements
• Support business process modeling and journey mapping activities
• Document and communicate technical and business concepts clearly
• Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with program goals
