You will help keep our projects organized, convert data into insightful narratives, and present actionable recommendations to our leadership team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working across teams, and skilled in translating complex data into easy-to-understand information for non-technical audiences.

In this role, you will partner with our Financial Services and Customer Service teams, providing support to over 1,900 Matco franchisees and 80,000 technician accounts while reporting to the Manager of Operational Strategy & Support.

The position is based in our Stow office and follows a hybrid work model. Remote options with occasional travel may be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project timelines, monitor progress, escalate issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collect, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders; translate them into clear user stories or functional specifications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to provide decision-ready information to leadership.
• Summarize findings and present them to leadership in a clear manner, outlining implications and recommended actions.
• Support project prioritization by evaluating effort vs. impact and maintaining alignment across teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop process maps and standard operating procedures to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality and collaborate with data engineers to resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SQL or data analysts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information concisely.
• A naturally curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Capability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in lending/credit with knowledge of Oracle.

Compensation

The competitive compensation range for this position is $68,000 to $82,300 per year, depending on factors like relevant experience and internal equity.
