About the Role

Join us as a Business Analyst where you will be integral to successful project implementations, ensuring smooth teamwork on complex initiatives for our Federal Oracle Health clients. Your role as a key liaison will involve coordinating implementations and aligning stakeholders, ensuring that Oracle products fulfill customer requirements. By applying Oracle's methodologies and industry best practices, you will drive project success and exceed expectations.

In this position, you will be at the center of collaboration, working closely with internal and external teams, managing various project tasks, and supporting business development initiatives. Your contributions in refining processes and solution development will significantly impact our project's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Manage intricate client relationships, influencing positive outcomes with a high degree of variability.
• Consult across different functions to align teams with project objectives for flawless execution.
• Take ownership of key project deliverables such as reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation.
• Proactively mitigate risks and serve as the initial point of contact for challenges during implementation.
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights and present them in clear reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Excel or similar data reporting/analysis tools
• Experience in the Federal Sector (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and delivering tasks independently.
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable with verbal and written communication, as well as PowerPoint and Excel for presentations.
• Problem-solving skills enabling you to adapt as priorities shift.
• Expertise in data analysis, transforming raw data into actionable strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfortable in environments of ambiguity and complexity.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Salary and Benefits

• Hiring Range (USD): $70,600 - $141,200 per annum.
• May include bonus opportunities and equity.
