Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Excel or similar data reporting/analysis tools
  • Experience in the Federal Sector (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and delivering tasks independently.
  • Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable with verbal and written communication, as well as PowerPoint and Excel for presentations.
  • Problem-solving skills enabling you to adapt as priorities shift.
  • Expertise in data analysis, transforming raw data into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Comfortable in environments of ambiguity and complexity.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Salary and Benefits

  • Hiring Range (USD): $70,600 - $141,200 per annum.
  • May include bonus opportunities and equity.
