Each year, a budget of 6 million euros is allocated to innovation. As part of a development project around personal insurance, our client is looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen its teams.

Your Role

Reporting to the department manager, you will join the Business Analyst team of 20 employees.

Daily, your role will be to act as a bridge between the business and IT by:

• Gathering, understanding, and formalizing stakeholder needs (users, management, business).
• Organizing workshops to clarify functional and operational expectations.
• Writing detailed specifications, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Preparing or validating functional test plans.
• Participating in acceptance testing phases and verifying the conformity of deliverables with initial needs.
• Contributing to change management: user training, writing documentation, startup assistance.

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (including work-study programs).
• You have already worked in personal insurance (wealth, life insurance, health, provident, etc.).
