Your Tasks

• You act as a technical and functional expert for Swiss and international payments (SIC/SWIFT) as well as interbank messages (ISO 20022).
• You are responsible for the design and introduction of digital solutions in the area of payment transactions (eLounge, eBill, bLink, EBICS, etc.).
• You support the business units in formulating business requirements.
• You create high-quality specifications within the given deadlines.
• You identify all stakeholders (users, managers, regulatory authorities, etc.) and dependencies.
• You develop proposals for the implementation of solutions in coordination with IT to ensure that the proposed solution meets the business and technical requirements.
• You are responsible for supporting test coordinators and testers in creating test scripts, accompanying user tests, and carrying out support and user training to ensure a smooth transition from project mode to operations.
• You maintain and develop the application environment to ensure the quality of the applications and the performance of the organization.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Business Administration (Information Systems or Business Management) and at least five years of professional experience in the banking sector (preferably in payment transactions).
• You are ideally familiar with Avaloq and have knowledge and experience in project management as well as business requirements management.
• Strong analytical skills, organizational flair, and a willingness to take responsibility are among your strengths.
• You are a personality with negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.
• You are used to working independently and show a high level of commitment and performance.
• We expect very good knowledge of German and English; French is a big advantage, and other languages are welcome.
