Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience in project management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and technical solution delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end project execution while gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business users, developers, QA teams, and architects.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support requirement prioritization and backlog management.
• Ensure successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Identify process improvements and recommend optimization strategies.
• Facilitate UAT, testing coordination, and production deployment activities.
• Manage change requests, issue tracking, and risk mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with cloud or enterprise applications is a plus.
