About the role
About
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience in project management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and technical solution delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end project execution while gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business users, developers, QA teams, and architects.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support requirement prioritization and backlog management.
- Ensure successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Identify process improvements and recommend optimization strategies.
- Facilitate UAT, testing coordination, and production deployment activities.
- Manage change requests, issue tracking, and risk mitigation plans.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Technical Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with cloud or enterprise applications is a plus.
