Opportunity Overview
Position: Business Analyst – Power Platform
Reporting To: Senior Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative custom solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. This position requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in building robust PowerApps applications and leveraging the broader Power Platform ecosystem to drive meaningful operational improvements and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do Here)
- Partner closely with operations teams to understand business needs, document current and future state processes, and design custom PowerApps solutions that align with functional and strategic requirements.
- Lead the full end‑to‑end development lifecycle for Power Platform initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post‑launch optimization.
- Configure and customize Power Platform components to support operational objectives and enhance overall efficiency across business units.
- Conduct thorough system testing, prepare and deliver user training, and support change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new digital solutions.
- Provide ongoing solution support, optimization, and troubleshooting while continuously identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in solution design, development methodology, and delivery quality.
Requirements (What You Bring to the Team)
- Deep, hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing sophisticated, custom PowerApps solutions that address complex business needs.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee and manage the full implementation lifecycle of digital solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered highly advantageous.
Additional Details
- Reason for Vacancy: Replacement
- Pay Range: $60,000 – $72,000 (Individual pay is determined based on work location, education, experience, unique skills, job conditions, certifications, specialized training, and role complexity.)
