Business Analyst – Private Equity - Contract (Outside IR35) - London (Hybrid)

My client, a leading private equity organisation, is hiring a hands‑on Business Analyst to join their change management function in London on an initial 6‑month contract – outside IR35. You will be at the heart of transformation, shaping end‑to‑end processes, documenting new processes using BlueWorks or equivalent BPM tools, and working directly with senior stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Shape and improve end‑to‑end business processes.
• Document new processes using BlueWorks or other BPM tools.
• Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Private equity / investment management background as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in business process modelling & documentation – ideally BlueWorks experience but open to other BPM tools.
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented approach.
• Confident, proactive, and not afraid to challenge when required.
