Drive business process excellence as a Business Analyst. Lead Discovery Sessions, documenting requirements for new software systems and ensuring high-quality data practices.
As a key player in Information Technology Services, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting business requirements, assessing system needs, and recommending changes based on in-depth research. You’ll need to effectively communicate findings and train end-users to optimize operations and reporting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements clearly
- Assess and contribute to business system development
- Research and recommend changes to system features
- Write specifications and lead user acceptance testing
- Train end-users on procedures and IT systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
- 5+ years in business process or analysis
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on quality deliverables
