We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst - Product HCM for one of our Aviation client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Business Analyst to be based in Dubai at DXB to:

  • Be part of a team to support the existing business technology solutions.
  • Be self‑sufficient to develop new business technology solutions to address business requirements.
  • Be capable to advise/train the business users on business technology solutions.

This position is for designing, developing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM application.

The position holder should have good Techno‑Functional knowledge in the Oracle Fusion HCM application.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Compensation Management. Including support in Reports, Fast formula and HCM extracts.
  • Interact with the Business Users to understand the requirement and configure the application as per the Business Technology standards and design.
  • Perform system testing with multiple use cases. Able to deliver training to the super users and end users.
  • Support the Fusion HCM application environment.

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Fusion HCM Applications.
  • Should have strong knowledge in ORC module.
  • Should have strong knowledge in Core HR module.
  • Should have strong knowledge in Talent Management modules (Performance, career development, goals, succession planning, talent profile and talent review).
  • Should have experience in Fusion Security and Approval Workflows.
  • Should have strong knowledge in SQL, OTBI, BI Publishers, customizations, Infolets and HR dashboards.
  • Should have strong knowledge in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula.
  • Minimum 5 years IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, end user testing.
  • Proven ability to translate and map business requirements to software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills.
