Education

Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution
- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support
- Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies
Responsibilities
- Review Business Requirement document based on user request.
- Prepare technical documentation and perform an impact analysis of the systems.
- Analyze customers' IT needs and provide guidance for improvement.
- Create training materials for client users and other consultants.
- Reporting the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Meeting with clients to determine project requirements.
- Extend the usage of the tools to other applications.
- Developing innovative solutions and preparing prototypes for meetings.
