About the role

Position Overview

We're looking for a Product Analyst to partner closely with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to define product goals, understand customer needs, and drive meaningful outcomes. This role plays a key part in day-to-day execution-clarifying scope, documenting decisions, and ensuring teams stay aligned on requirements.

You'll take a business process-first approach, analyzing current and future-state workflows before shaping solutions. This includes breaking down processes into capabilities and functional components to support process improvement and requirements definition.

Working collaboratively with Product and delivery teams, you'll help draft and refine features and user stories, including acceptance criteria. You'll also support backlog refinement by ensuring work items are clearly defined, ready for estimation, and aligned to business outcomes.

This role contributes to customer-focused design by incorporating user feedback, usability insights, and market trends. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams-including UX, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Change Management-to support delivery and implementation.

Additional responsibilities include communicating status, surfacing risks, and recommending solutions when issues arise. You'll also support development and deployment activities such as process redesign, Day 1 readiness, testing, UAT, and risk/control documentation.

If you're passionate about understanding customer needs and using data and technology to deliver measurable value-and you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment-this role could be a great fit.
