As part of a strategic transformation initiative on an international Group scale, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to work on a customer data harmonization project and the implementation of a unique client identifier.

The objective of the mission is to contribute to the creation of a unified client vision across the Group's various entities, by defining the mechanisms for collecting, assigning, maintaining, and updating this new identifier. The scope also includes impact analysis and testing around integrity and ESG screening solutions.

Your missions:

• Lead and structure the work around the implementation of a unique client identifier
• Define the processes for collecting, assigning, and updating this identifier
• Perform analysis of business processes, data flows, and interfaces
• Contribute to the harmonization and sharing of financial assessments between entities
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, and impact analysis activities
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Ensure alignment between business, underwriting, compliance, and IT teams
• Work in an international, cross-functional, and multi-entity environment

Skills sought:

• Proven experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management on complex IT projects
• Very good command of data mapping, flow analysis, and system integrations
• Good knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs
• Experience in writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience in functional acceptance testing, test cases, Jira / Xray / Postman or equivalent
• Ability to interact with numerous stakeholders in a complex environment
• Fluent English imperative

Profile sought

A plus:

• Experience in ESG, compliance, KYC, or screening topics
• Knowledge of insurance, credit insurance, or financial services
• Experience in a group / international environment
