Business Analyst - Projet Liquidité Intraday H/F

The Finance Project Management (FPM) department manages the portfolio and leads projects for the CACIB Finance Department. It steers the Finance Department's IT roadmap, its data model, and ensures the consistency of evolution projects. You will join the ALM Stream Projects team.

The IDL project aims to implement intraday liquidity management for 5 major entities of the Crédit Agricole Group: CACIB, Crédit Agricole SA, CACEIS, CA Italia, and LCL. It is managed by CACIB on behalf of the Crédit Agricole Group and has three components:

• Implementation of intraday liquidity analysis in an ex-post view
• Implementation of intraday liquidity stress tests and management/supervision modalities
• Development of intraday liquidity management capabilities and implementation of active management processes and tools

This project involves a review of the target operational management model and the implementation of an industrialized solution to produce indicators. Furthermore, it has an international component as the indicators and stress tests are to be rolled out in the main currencies (particularly EUR and USD).

You will join a project team led by an internal FPM project manager, with external resources, working closely with a dedicated IT team and all business lines.

Missions

• Support business lines on functional studies (indicator simulation, etc.)
• Write requirements for IT for the target solution
• End-to-end monitoring of the implementation of expressed needs: coordinate analyses with IT MOA and the Finance architect, validate functional solutions proposed by IT, coordinate testing with business lines, validate IT deliveries before production, provide support to business lines during the production phase
• Manage the Finance domain evolution backlog with the responsible business lines and in close collaboration with the Finance architect
• Assist business lines in the production and analysis of indicators within the framework of the current tactical solution

Requirements

• Close collaboration with Business lines to define adapted solutions for needs within the project roadmap or for regulatory or management evolutions.
• Coordination of numerous stakeholders due to the project's cross-functional nature (ALM / Treasury / Risks / Operations and Crédit Agricole SA teams)
• Exploitation of data from Liquidity IT systems, particularly from the Global Finance Database and the Liquidity Data Platform.

Additional Information

Most positions are eligible for teleworking under the conditions of our agreement, based on double voluntarism (employee & manager) and after a successful integration period.

Candidate Criteria

Minimum Education Level

• Bac + 5 / M2 and above

Education / Specialization

• Education: University, Business School, Engineering School
• Specialization: Accounting / Finance / Project Management

Minimum Experience Level

• Experience in project management required: business needs analysis, writing requirements, coordinating numerous stakeholders

Skills Sought

• Solid experience in project management
• Knowledge of the banking and regulatory environment
• Knowledge of liquidity management / treasury / settlement banking topics is a plus
