Your Tasks

• You act as the bridge between IT and the business departments for our client.
• You collect and analyze business processes, identify weaknesses and potential for improvement in the use of IT and material resources.
• You are responsible for the development, documentation, and communication of requirements for sustainable solutions that optimally support the processes.

Your Skills

• You have a university degree as an engineer or a comparable qualification.
• You are accustomed to thinking holistically and proceeding in a structured manner, as well as solving complex tasks in a goal-oriented way.
• Ideally, you have experience in the public sector and possess a valid HERMES certificate.
• You have in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in business process analysis and requirements engineering.
• You possess an IREB or a comparable certificate as proof.
• You have experience in model-based working (in BPMN and UML) with common tools like Sparx EA.
• You have experience with Soap, REST, and/or Messaging in requirements analysis.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in collecting security requirements (PKI, authentication/authorization, IAM, encryption, ...).
• You are a diplomatic, communicative, and cooperative personality.
• You have a high level of commitment, endurance, and resilience.
• You have an independent, reliable way of working and a quick grasp.
• You have good oral and written communication skills in German (C1) and a good basic knowledge of English (B1).
