Responsibilities

• Understand and document current business processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
• Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system.
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure system meets business needs and expectations.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.
• Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.
• Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge.
• Performing other duties as assigned, in addition to the ones listed above.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Quality Assurance experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io.
• Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
• Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.
• Must be a self‑starter and able to ask relevant questions.

Qualifications

• Agile methodology certification is an asset.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
