We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Islamic Banking and Temenos Transact to support major banking transformation initiatives across the UAE. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver Islamic banking solutions on the Temenos platform, supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and functional analysis for Islamic banking products on the Temenos platform
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business requirements into system specifications
• Provide expertise in Islamic banking products and financing structures
• Support solution design, configuration, and validation within Temenos Transact
• Work closely with implementation teams across requirements, build, testing, and deployment phases
• Support UAT, defect management, and system validation
• Prepare documentation and support training and knowledge transfer
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong experience with Temenos Islamic Banking solutions
• Strong understanding of Islamic financing and loan products
• Experience preparing FSDs, BRDs, and functional documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
