Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – Agile Software Development & Process Consulting

Responsibilities

• Analysis and structuring of business requirements in close cooperation with customers and stakeholders
• Development, documentation, and refinement of requirements: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Story Mapping, Definition of Done
• Support of the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog
• Coordination and alignment of business requirements between customers, Product Owner, and development team
• Support in workshops, refinements, and business acceptance testing
• Analysis and optimization of business processes and identification of potential improvements
• Participation in an agile project team throughout the entire product lifecycle

Requirements

• Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, or in a comparable role in the software environment
• Experience with agile development methods and iterative process models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Sound knowledge in agile requirements engineering: Backlog, User Stories, Story Mapping, Acceptance Criteria
• Analytical, structured way of thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Enjoyment of consulting, moderation, and communication with various stakeholders
• Completed education or further training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
• Interest or affinity for agriculture, forestry, or natural resources – professionally or out of personal conviction
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
