In this role, you will act as the interface between our production stakeholders and IT delivery teams. You will work closely with colleagues from production, process engineering, and software development. This position offers insights across locations and disciplines, enabling you to actively shape the standardization and continuous improvement of our digital manufacturing processes globally.
What You Will Do
- Engage closely with stakeholders from production and business units to understand processes, challenges, and goals, translating them into clear requirements for digital solutions.
- Lead requirements activities such as workshops, interviews, and alignment meetings to foster shared understanding across teams.
- Create structured requirements like user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, maintaining them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams during implementation, clarifying requirements, supporting solution decisions, and managing changes transparently.
- Support testing and user acceptance phases to ensure solutions meet agreed-upon requirements and deliver tangible value in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to the advancement of requirements engineering, helping to establish consistent, high-quality standards across initiatives.
What We Expect From You
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering with end-to-end responsibility from requirement gathering to validation in a digital or software-driven environment.
- Good understanding of agile development methodologies and how requirements evolve from idea to implementation; knowledge of modeling languages like UML or BPM is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to confidently interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Structured, analytical approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- Proactive attitude, high degree of self-responsibility, and a collaborative, curious work style with a commitment to continuous improvement and value creation.
What You Can Expect From Us
- A family-owned, value-oriented company with a long-term and sustainable focus.
- Flexible working hours and mobile working options to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Diverse training and development opportunities through training, further education, e-learning, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Modern, well-equipped workplaces with ergonomic fittings and contemporary tools.
- A strong focus on employee well-being, including comprehensive health offerings and attractive company pension plans.
- Support for sustainable mobility and active engagement in environmental and sustainability initiatives within the group.
