Mission

To strengthen our Retail Banking community within the Finance Division, we are recruiting Business Analyst profiles with knowledge of retail banking (account management, credit granting, banking products...) or specialized financing (leasing, consumer credit...) as well as the information system (Methodologies, regulations, software packages, processes, and IS) and who can also mediate between business lines and IT developers.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the MOA / Business Analyst role (gathering needs, writing functional specifications, etc.) but also for challenging user needs, determining priorities and being proactive.
  • You will also be involved in high value-added consulting missions such as process analysis and mapping, project support taking into account its multiple organizational and technical changes, and skills development for teams.
  • You will be in charge of integrating strategic decisions at the operational processes and/or information systems level.
  • You will participate in projects for implementing and adapting solutions, organizing, initiating and updating processes, and integrating software packages.

Tasks

  • Preliminary studies and feasibility analyses
  • Scoping, writing requirements and banking approval
  • Assistance in choosing optimal solutions (both internal and external)
  • IS master plan, functional mapping and process formalization
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Change management and user support

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance or Information Technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience within a Retail Bank or any financial institution.
  • Knowledge of one of the following solutions would be appreciated: Linedata-Fimasys Ekip, Cassiopae, Evolan Loans, Delta Bank, SAB, TheLoanFactory.
  • Proficiency in the following technical environments is a plus: Power BI, VBA/EXCEL, SQL, ACCESS as well as the MS Office suite.
  • Integrity, rigor, dynamism, you have already demonstrated your organizational and adaptation skills as well as a strong team spirit. Flexibility, creativity and initiative will be your assets for success.
