Seeking for a skilled Business Analyst to ensure compliance with project management standards, manage projects, and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

Project Management, Planning and Analysis:

• Assist in planning and implementing system changes.
• Elicit and document technical and business requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between users, ITU, and vendors.

System Testing:

• Assess, test, and report on system applications and enhancements.
• Create test schedules and strategies.
• Analyze testing defects and recommend corrective actions.

System Deployment:

• Execute program enhancements.
• Coordinate project release communication and conduct release meetings.

Collaboration:

• Partner with internal and external resources to resolve issues.

Training:

• Provide training to end users and evaluate training materials.

Skills and Experience:

• Expert in negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building.
• Demonstrated skill in requirements solicitation techniques.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with IT projects and various SDLC processes (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative).
• Knowledge of technologies like .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and more.
• Experience with web application development, data analysis, and data warehousing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
