Our Finance Business Unit is a team composed mainly of experts like you, who work across the entire front-to-back chain on consulting or Business Analysis missions.
To strengthen our specialized financial risk management team, we are recruiting experienced Business Analyst profiles with a good understanding of credit risk issues, information systems (Methodologies, regulations, software packages, processes, and IS), and the ability to interface between business and IT developers.
This entity aims to support our clients on a wide range of financial risk management issues, such as operational strategy, organization & processes, project scoping and management, and solution implementation and validation.
Mission
- You will be involved, depending on your profile, in high value-added consulting, business analysis, and project management missions, in close collaboration with financial market operators.
- You will be responsible for modeling and mapping credit risk-related data. You will participate in projects for implementing and adapting solutions, organization, initiation, and updating processes.
Tasks
- Preliminary studies and feasibility analyses.
- Scoping, drafting expressions of need, functional specifications, and performing functional acceptance testing.
- Assistance in choosing optimal solutions (both internal and external).
- Definition, creation, and modification of business rules and credit risk metrics.
- Mapping of new data into existing tables.
- Data modeling and enrichment of variables for regulatory purposes.
- Participation in the Basel 4 project.
- Project planning and coordination.
- Change management and user support.

Profile
- Engineering degree with a specialization in finance or Master 2 in Finance or Information Technology.
- Five years of proven experience in a BA role.
- Good knowledge of regulatory issues in credit risk.
- Good knowledge of data/Big Data (Mapping and modeling).
- Good knowledge of Basel regulations (Basel 2 and Basel 3) and their operational implementations from methodological aspects to the redefinition and implementation of processes and information systems for Risk, Finance, and FrontOffice.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum).
- Proficiency in the following technical environments: EXCEL, SQL.
- Familiarity with IT issues such as the reliability of production processes, improvement of controls, deadlines, and quality of analyses.

- Flexibility, creativity, and initiative will be your assets for success.
- Fluent English.
