Job Description

As a Smart Automation Consultant, you will work with our key accounts in the scoping, implementation, and maintenance of their RPA and AI projects.

Leveraging your listening and analytical skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of automation software (e.g., UiPath, Blueprism), you will perform the following tasks:

  • Accompany our clients in formalizing their vision and business ambition (business challenges, process approach, technological partners, etc.) by identifying how automation and AI can meet them and by proposing concrete solutions for which you will have previously identified the benefits and impacts.
  • Conduct study and audit of business processes to optimize them with lean management techniques.
  • Lead business workshops to map business processes and their profitability during automation through a business case.
  • Conduct benchmarks between different technologies to support the business in choosing the target solution.
  • Propose and create value for our clients through innovative solutions.
  • Support the business in change management and conduct campaigns to collect customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Participate in writing responses to tenders (RFI and RFP).
  • Supervise and manage junior consultants.
  • Participate in the growth of our Smart Automation Business Unit by improving project delivery through the automation of low-value-added tasks.

Profile:

Graduating from an engineering school, business school, or university program with a strong appetite for business transformation/optimization issues through automation, AI, and innovation, you have confirmed experience (minimum three years) in hyper-automation (RPA, BPA & AI).

  • You have already worked on product visions with Roadmaps.
  • You have experience in implementing major digital transformation projects.
  • You have already experienced an agile environment.
