Business Analyst - Salesforce

About the Role

For our client in the healthcare sector located in the Zug area we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join their team.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Business Analyst - Salesforce job you will be responsible for speaking with various different stakeholders and business partners to understand their individual needs across a range of topics including sales and marketing amongst other areas.
• You will use both your technical and functional knowledge to then design solutions and oversee the technical delivery of the projects around the salesforce platform.

Requirements

• Several years experience as a Business Analyst working on both technology and process focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saleforce (certifications are beneficial)
• Knowledge of at least two of the following business areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial and Digital
• A problem solving approach
• Project management skills are beneficial
• Fluent English. German language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
