Business Analyst, Salesforce

About

A New Jersey-based consumer products company is looking to add a new Business Analyst, specializing in Salesforce, on a Remote basis with flexibility to occasionally commute to Parsippany.

This is a Remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting business needs and specifying user stories
• Collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams
• Advising on best practices and documenting requirements
• Working with IT Development and QA for system testing
• Guiding and reviewing the work of other team members
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Salesforce
• Knowledge of B2B customer-centric requirements
• Solid understanding of Digital User Interface design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives

Desired Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• CBAP or similar certification
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
