Responsibilities

• Analysis of business needs and writing of functional specifications
• Configuration and setup of SAP HR and CATS modules
• User support & change management
• Contribution to testing, acceptance, and evolution
• Coordination with technical teams and N3 support
• RUN monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement
• Functional & technological watch around SAP and HR practices

Qualifications

• BAC+5 Education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Mastery of HR and CATS modules
• Knowledge of FIORI is a plus
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and time management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Team spirit, rigor, organizational skills, and proactivity
• Professional English

Compensation & Benefits

• A salary between 55,000 and 64,000 euros annual fixed
• A 6% bonus
