Context of the mission

As part of the evolution of its SAP ecosystem and the integration of the SmartRecruiters solution (following its merger with SAP), our client is looking for a Business Analyst SAP to support the business teams.

The main objective of the mission is to ensure the smooth integration of SmartRecruiters with the SAP ecosystem, in a structured context with high operational stakes.

Your missions

As a Business Analyst SAP, you will be involved in the entire functional cycle:

• Needs gathering, analysis, and formalization
• Facilitating business workshops and writing detailed functional specifications
• Participating in the integration of SmartRecruiters with SAP, ideally SuccessFactors
• Coordinating between business teams, IT teams, and publishers/integrators
• Monitoring developments and preparing/executing functional acceptance tests (UAT)
• Change management and user training
• Bug tracking, post-deployment support, and continuous process improvement

Functional Skills

• Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst
• Experience with ATS tools, with SmartRecruiters (ideally)
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and facilitate business workshops

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (ideally SuccessFactors)
• Understanding of interfaces and integration (APIs, data flows, interconnections)
• Use of project management tools: Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

The profile we are looking for

• Experience: 4 to 7 years (N2 / N3 level)
• Ability to work in complex and cross-functional environments
• Ease of communication with business and IT stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and service orientation
