Responsibilities

• You analyze existing IT processes, identify optimization potential, and implement simple automations to make our work smoother and faster for all colleagues.
• You independently familiarize yourself with digital tools such as Confluence or Jira and support the team in using them effectively. You test new technologies and evaluate whether they advance us in our daily work.
• You try out modern, agile methods and contribute ideas on how we can further improve our collaboration.
• You coordinate with colleagues from various departments to jointly develop, implement, or optimize new processes or products.
• When challenges arise, you analyze the situation, find practical solutions, and implement them purposefully – without getting lost in details.
• Even if terms like "Agile," "User Story," or similar methods are still new to you, you will quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and apply it directly to your work.

Requirements

• You have a strong interest in the construction financing business and want to delve deeper into the topic.
• You always keep the customer needs in focus for the customer journey of our construction financing.
• You are interested in AI trends and are already writing your own prompts.
• You have a structured and organized way of working.
• You are resilient and have strong prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• You are confident in handling time pressure and parallel tasks.
• You have initiative, independence, and reliability, and you take responsibility.
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a quick grasp.
