About
Within the Air Operations Information Systems Department, the Flight Safety / Multirisk Business Analyst acts as a true partner to the business, thus holding an essential role in Air France's strategy related to safety culture and the simplification/optimization of operational processes.
As a Business Analyst, a referent for Flight Safety / Multirisk information systems, you will assist the Flight Safety / Multirisk Product Owner in managing improvements to current systems and in modernization or transformation projects for flight safety / multirisk management information systems, notably the major project of replacing the risk management tool, eCARE.
The Flight Safety / Multirisk Business Analyst works with managers and experts from all Air France departments covering the risk areas of flight safety, occupational safety, environment, security, food safety, and operational performance, as well as with managers and experts from IT and IT Security services.
You will act as the link between various stakeholders within DGSV-MR, DGSI, and other Air France Directions concerned with risk management.
You will analyze business needs with a transverse vision to contribute to defining a common IS strategy related to optimizing risk management solutions.
In summary, the Business Analyst will be in charge of:
Responsibilities
- Optimizing the performance of existing IS (System quality, Costs, User experience, etc..);
- Managing IS projects for which you will be responsible;
- Ensuring the project's alignment with business objectives: defining business needs, specifications, and validating solutions.
- Writing functional specifications and supporting the IT development process in an agile manner.
- Ensuring the project is carried out in accordance with defined objectives (deadline, budget) with fine-grained risk management.
- Managing the project schedule and progress with monthly activity reporting.
- Managing IS evolutions within your scope:
- Contributing to the consistency of the functional architecture with other domains (other applications and ongoing projects).
- Contributing to the definition of the release plan and the evolutions to be integrated in line with business orientations/needs.
- Writing general functional specifications, preparing and ensuring functional acceptance in collaboration with "key users".
- Ensuring change management in consultation with business teams.

- You have a strong interest in new technologies and digital developments in general.

- You are organized, autonomous, and capable of integrating into a project team and a complex organization.
- You have an aptitude for IT and a taste for analysis.
- Experience within an Agile team in the context of IT development projects is desirable.
Education & Experience
- Minimum education level required: Master's degree (Bac + 5) and above
- Minimum experience level required: More than 3 years
Languages
- English (3 - Intermediate / B2)
- Minimum required TOEIC score in English (less than 2 years old): More than 680
