Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst holding an active Secret Security Clearance to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and security protocols.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to facilitate effective data analysis and decision-making.
• Support Agile project management methodologies by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Design and optimize data reporting for efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Contribute to the requirements gathering and documentation of solutions.
• Create detailed process diagrams and workflows to visualize business processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards while handling sensitive information under strict confidentiality requirements.

Pay
