A Business Analyst is an expert responsible for leading high‑impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of deep subject matter expertise, program management, and leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. The analyst operates with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re‑engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior program and project management support, including developing strategic plans, policies, SOPs, and organizational performance metrics.
- Lead process improvement and modernization efforts, applying methodologies such as Six Sigma and ITIL to enhance governance, optimize business functions, and improve GEOINT‑related capabilities.
- Develop and deliver executive‑level communications, including briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans to inform senior leadership decisions.
- Drive data‑focused analysis and technical solutions, including mentoring teams, supporting Tableau and other visualization tools, maintaining SharePoint and web environments, and addressing UI functionality needs.
- Lead organizational engagement, facilitating meetings and data‑related working groups, representing the directorate to IC and DoD partners, and providing actionable insights through metrics analysis and performance assessments.
Requirements
- Experience leading and directing various teams to achieve high‑performance outcomes.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Knowledge of business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint‑based websites.
- Ability to present complex strategies, data, and operational metrics to senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision‑makers and analyze the outcomes of implemented strategies.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management field and 12+ years of experience in a program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross‑functional business analysis role, or 15+ years of experience in a program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross‑functional business analysis role in lieu of a degree.
- ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ISO Certification.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $77,600 – $176,000 (annualized USD), dependent on location, education, skills, experience, and contract specifics.

- You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility
