Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role between business and technical teams. You will be involved in high-stakes projects, contributing to understanding needs, formalizing them, and implementing them into efficient and adapted solutions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analysis and collection of business needs: Lead workshops, identify stakeholder expectations, and formalize functional needs.
- Writing functional deliverables: Draft requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Supporting project teams: Be the preferred contact between business, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Contribution to acceptance phases: Prepare and execute functional acceptance testing, support users, and ensure solution compliance.
- Continuous improvement: Propose functional and process optimizations to improve solution performance and user satisfaction.
Travel to the client site in Angers is expected 2 days per week.
Qualifications
Skills and know-how expected:
- Mastery of V-Cycle and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Experience in testing methodologies and associated tools, particularly HP / ALM
- Sensitivity to application security issues, both technological and process aspects
- Ability to work with service providers, to frame and manage their activities in TMA and/or external fixed-price contexts
- Good knowledge of RGAA (accessibility) concepts
Personal qualities:
- Strong ability for dialogue, listening, and service orientation
- Ability to convince and rally stakeholders around project objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid writing skills
- Rigor, organization, and sense of responsibility
