Stabilis IT is a dynamic IT consulting company that supports its major clients in their significant digital transformations. As part of a large-scale project for a leader in the automotive sector, we are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term mission based in Guyancourt.

The Project

You will join the "Resilient Platform" program, a strategic initiative aimed at modeling production assets through digital twins and refactoring Legacy systems in the Manufacturing domain.

Your Missions

Under the guidance of the Product Leader and in collaboration with the Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

• Mastering all system functionalities and contributing to technical investigations.
• Aligning the solution with its target architecture.
• Performing detailed analysis of issues and defining functional specifications as well as the data model.
• Validating and testing the end-to-end functionality of the platform.
• Producing key deliverables: specifications, test plans, best practice guides, and Release Planning summaries.

Qualifications

You have 6 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis on complex IS/IT projects.

• Data & Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in GCP (particularly Big Query) and regular practice of SQL queries.
• Technical: Good knowledge of APIs, JSON B format, and VS Code / GitHub tools.
• Agility: Ability to write User Stories in Gherkin format.
• Artificial Intelligence: You master the use of AI for needs analysis and know how to identify automatable processes. You have a solid foundation in GenAI, RAG, LLM, and Prompt Engineering concepts, while integrating ethical and GDPR considerations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and oral), synthesis skills, and rigor.
• Languages: Professional English required.

Job Conditions

• Contract Type: Permanent contract (CDI) with Stabilis IT.
• Location: Guyancourt (78) - Client site.
• Remote Work: 2 days per week.
• Start Date: July 2026.
