Main Responsibilities

• Draft detailed functional specifications for complex projects.
• Work with APIs and understand the associated technical architectures.
• Write and execute advanced SQL queries, including joins.
• Lead workshops with business teams to gather and formalize requirements.
• Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure project success.
• Proactively suggest improvements to optimize processes and implemented solutions.

Profile Sought

• Significant experience in writing functional specifications for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs and technical architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong customer service orientation.
