Job Description

Our client is a bancassurance company that wishes to:

• Secure the IT trajectory of the Financial Middle Office of AEP by guaranteeing IT coherence, optimal JUMP exploitation, and reliability of evolutions in a context of continuous transformation and publisher constraints.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Asset Management / MOF, available immediately within the JUMP ecosystem.

Expected Outcomes:

• Secure JUMP deployment (BNPP datacenters, January 2026): business/IT alignment, acceptance testing validation, impact management
• Reliabilize evolution requests to the publisher: rigorous formalization, IT coherence, impact anticipation
• Accelerate the scoping of the structuring program: usable specifications, business/IT alignment, reduced time-to-market

Expected Deliverables (usable, opposable, sustainable):

• Detailed functional specifications (publisher + internal)
• Impact mapping / project interdependency matrix
• Structuring program scoping documentation (scope, stakes, macro-planning)
• Support to the Application Manager (AM): arbitration, prioritization, escalation

Qualifications

Seniority & Posture:

• Senior (minimum 7-12 years of experience)
• "MOF (Financial Middle Office) by origin" profile who transitioned to Business Analyst/IT, or IT BA with strong asset management business expertise
• Autonomous, structuring, credible posture with business lines and the publisher (> 6 years of minimum experience)
• Ability to lead, arbitrate, escalate

Required Skills, Prerequisites:

• Operational knowledge of JUMP (ideally already used in MOF / asset management context) or equivalent (Simcorp, Sophis, Murex...)
• Business Experience: Financial Middle Office (valuation, reporting, securities/cash flows), Asset Management (mutual funds, mandates), regulatory, MOF processes
• Publisher interface experience (requirements formalization, roadmap monitoring, evolution contracting)
• Immediate availability (JUMP deployment already underway)

This position is not suitable for the following profiles:
