About the Role
Le pôle ServiceNow accompagne ses clients - grands comptes - dans leur transformation digitale et l'optimisation de leurs processus métiers à travers la plateforme ServiceNow. Il intervient sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée couvrant l'ensemble du cycle de vie des solutions : conseil, conception, intégration, évolution et maintien en conditions opérationnelles.
Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst ServiceNow pour accompagner nos clients dans la formalisation de leurs besoins métiers et la mise en œuvre de solutions ServiceNow à forte valeur ajoutée.
Your Role and Missions
- You collect, analyze, and challenge client business needs.
- You lead functional and scoping workshops.
- You write functional specifications and user stories.
- You contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, workflows, catalogs...).
- You collaborate closely with technical teams (Tech Lead, Architects, developers).
- You support functional testing and user validation phases.
- You participate in change management and solution adoption.
As a partner to national and international companies, travel may be required as part of our various projects.
Qualifications
You have a good understanding of processes and business challenges and can simplify complex topics.
You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and good collaborative spirit. You have good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
You have a professional level of English.
CSA, CIS, SCRUM/ SAFe certifications are a plus.
Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on ServiceNow projects.
