Skills and experience for the role
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices
- Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
- Strong communication skills
Strong Preference
- Experience in higher education
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development
