General Description

The candidate will be part of the testing team for large Core banking projects and responsible for E2E test design, execution, defect management and reporting for Transact requirements.

Key Features of the Position

Functional / Technical

• Design and execute functional test cases for Transact modules, including integration with non-Temenos applications.
• Review and analyze Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan.
• Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
• Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
• Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
• Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)

Skills Requirements of the Position

Professional and Technical

Technical and Functional

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in testing for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking
• Good knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending domains in Private Banking
• Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
• Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
• Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
• Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
• Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
• Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
• Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in projects.
• Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence
