Project Description

The project is part of the digital transformation of the Commercial value chain. It aims to deploy a feature allowing employees to query data in natural language using an AI Agent (LLM) capable of automatically generating reliable SQL queries. The technical environment is based on Snowflake, including AI Cortex features, and relies on an Agile (Scrum) organization. The product is currently used by 35 users, with an objective to extend to 700+ users by the end of 2026. The mission focuses on the backend and the semantic layer, ensuring the quality, consistency, and relevance of the queries generated by the AI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between business needs and data product capabilities.
• Guarantee the functional consistency and overall quality of the platform.
• Collaborate with source teams to clarify needs and ensure data availability.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize features.
• Participate in writing user stories and defining features.
• Contribute to release planning.
• Prioritize features and adjust scope throughout iterations.
• Ensure user stories are ready for development and aligned with the roadmap.
• Approve or reject deliverables according to acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of test cases.
• Validate data models and their suitability for analytical needs.
• Participate in data quality controls and functional testing.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of SQL and proven experience with Snowflake
• Data modeling expertise
• Experience in data quality, testing, and validation
• Experience on data-driven projects
• Knowledge of AI / GenAI concepts
• Proficiency in Excel
