Business Analyst - SQL - Financial Services

The Nordwand Group is looking for an strong confident Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, analyzing current IT systems and the database feeding them.

For this position we need someone to seamlessly fit into the position and have an immediate impact so getting someone who is performing a similar function now is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, planning and support of implementations for IT system
• Closely working with Business / users to understand change requirements
• Regular communication on existing and future requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Further improvement and maintenance of product documentation
• Collaborating with Project Managers, 2nd, and 3rd level support as well as software development teams
• Applying our change management process, involving testing in UAT and pre-production environments

Requirements

• IT Business Analysis, gathering requirements, documenting processes
• SQL (Must have)
• UAT testing, planning and execution
• Experience communicating with the business / stakeholders and development teams
• We are looking for a BA with between 8-15 years of experience
