Your Tasks
- Conduct market, industry and competition reviews; perform benchmark exercises.
- Collaborate with team to align strategic goals with the company's strategic objectives.
- Assist in developing project strategies and execution plans.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Communicate financial performance to senior management and project teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Regional COOs, finance, local management team and project management.
- Present financial information and project updates to stakeholders.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education.
- 3 years relevant professional experience (e.g., from a global accountancy consultancy).
- Ability to understand and assess complex business cases and develop solution approaches.
- Excellent command of English.
- Conceptual and strategic thinking linked with a high orientation to implement, as well as analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources.
- Capacity to analyse data objectively, applying logic.
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills; able to work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation purposes.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments.
