CNP Assurances is accelerating its Data transformation and strengthening its SI Actuarial and Performance & Legal department to modernize its production chains, particularly those related to inventory management and the implementation of IFRS17. We are opening a key Business Analyst position for the structuring Financial Situations Monitoring project within the Customer Experience, Digital Services, and Data Directorate. The scope relies on the existing Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop/Spark) and is part of a modernization trajectory with a progressive migration to Databricks. We are looking for a profile who will ensure consistency between business needs (actuarial, accounting, finance, management) and IT solutions for SF production, by supervising flows, configuration, and evolutions related to products and regulations. This role is strategic to guarantee the quality, reliability, and compliance of the monthly SF produced while managing regulatory and technical evolutions.
Responsibilities
Your main missions:
Monitoring and Production of Financial Situations (SF) for contracts
- Supervise the monthly production of SF (intermediate, anticipated, actual).
- Control data quality and consistency:
Multiclose Process
- Actively participate in the multiclose process, particularly the calendar process (adherence to milestones and deadlines).
- Ensure coordination between actuarial, finance, and management teams.
Flow and Incident Management
- Liaise with management teams for anomaly tracking.
- Handle incidents reported by the business, especially during management system migrations.
- Monitor batch/ETL processes feeding the SF and ensure traceability.
Regulatory and Product Evolutions
- Integrate all regulatory and fiscal evolutions / Deploy a dedicated solution for Eurocroissance contracts. Ensure the integration of new products.
Requirements Expression and Design
- Gather and formalize business needs.
- Write functional specifications for IT evolutions.
- Facilitate scoping workshops with business and IT teams.
Testing & Deployment
- Define the testing strategy for IT evolutions impacting SF.
- Participate in functional acceptance testing and validate deliverables.
Change Management
- Train and support users.
- Write support materials and ensure documentation of evolutions.
Business and Tools Support
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of actuarial and regulatory processes (SF reporting, inventory).
- Proficiency in IT tools related to management and actuarial science.
- SQL, NoSQL for queries and controls. BIG DATA would be a plus: Spark, Hadoop, Databricks
- Understanding of ETL flows and data architectures.
- Agile methods (Scrum).
- Knowledge of application and functional architectures.

You will maximize your chances of success and integration in this role if you have the following assets:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, actuarial science, or finance.
Proven experience in Business Analysis within the insurance or actuarial domain.
Knowledge of insurance management systems and regulatory challenges.
Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
Big Data experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good written and oral communication skills.
A desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
