About the role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Technical documentation including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides, and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.
  • Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand, including business users.
  • Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
  • Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong research and analytical skills and very detail-oriented.
  • Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids, etc.
  • Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
  • 10 Years - Proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation.
  • 6 Years - Ability to analyze and document business system processes
  • 6 Years - Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements
  • 6 Years - Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids
