Our client is a recognized industrial player, operating in a demanding and international environment. It relies on the Infor M3 ERP to manage its key business processes (supply chain, production).

As part of strengthening its IT / ERP team, they are recruiting a Business Analyst Infor M3 with technical skills in the solution.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Information Systems Department, you will act as the Infor M3 referent, interfacing between business teams, IT, and external partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analysis of business needs and translation into functional and technical solutions on Infor M3
• Global expertise of the Infor M3 solution in the following areas:
  • Hosting / infrastructure
  • Data and reporting
  • Operations and MCO (Maintenance in operational condition)
  • Specific developments
  • Interfacing with the existing IS (API, flows, middleware)
  • Security and access management
• Participation in ERP evolution, deployment, and optimization projects
• Advanced level support and key user coaching
• Coordination with integrators and publishers
• Contribution to the stability, performance, and sustainability of the solution

Profile

Your profile:

You combine a business vision with strong technical expertise in Infor M3.

• Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent
• Significant experience with the Infor M3 ERP in an industrial context
• Very good technical knowledge of the solution:
  • Architecture and hosting
  • Data model
  • M3 Developments (extensions, scripts, customizations)
  • Interfacing with third-party systems
  • Security and role management
  • Maintenance in operational condition (MCO)
• Good understanding of industrial business processes
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams
