Our client is looking for a Business Transformation Director (H/F) for a long-term mission.

Accompany the transformation of the Finance and Operations functions by structuring needs and defining a pragmatic roadmap integrating business, technology, data, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure business needs (Finance & Operations)
• Translate needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Define and manage a prioritized transformation roadmap (process, tools, data, tech, AI)
• Identify pain points and improvement levers
• Build simple business cases to support decision-making
• Prioritize high-value initiatives (quick wins vs. long-term vision)
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT, and external partners
• Ensure delivery and measure business impact
• Support teams in adopting new processes and tools

Profile and Skills

Business Analyst Consultant / Senior Project Manager (6 to 10+ years of experience) with strong expertise in transformation.

• Business expertise in Finance & Operations in Private Equity / Asset Management
• Management of transformation programs / Project Delivery
• Exposure to Data / Tech / AI applied to transformation

Fluent English
