Project Overview

The organization is transitioning from a legacy COTS system to a new low-code SaaS platform. The project will be delivered in two phases:

  • Phase 1: Lift-and-shift migration with no loss of functionality
  • Phase 2: Enhancements and new workflow capabilities

The BA will document current vs. future state, support requirements gathering, and assist with SOW development for procurement.
