Project Overview
The organization is transitioning from a legacy COTS system to a new low-code SaaS platform. The project will be delivered in two phases:
- Phase 1: Lift-and-shift migration with no loss of functionality
- Phase 2: Enhancements and new workflow capabilities
The BA will document current vs. future state, support requirements gathering, and assist with SOW development for procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for current and future state
- Produce clear, complete Requirements Definition Documents
- Document business processes and workflows
- Facilitate meetings and capture decisions
- Support procurement by translating requirements into SOW content
- Develop standardized templates and documentation processes
Required Skills
- 4+ yrs - COTS applications
- 2+ yrs - SaaS platforms
- 4+ yrs - Business analysis, SDLC, Agile
- 8+ yrs - Requirements documentation
- 8+ yrs - Business process mapping
- 8+ yrs - Meeting facilitation & communication
- Strong teamwork and documentation skills
