Business Analyst

About

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience. This individual will support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully delivered within pharma / life sciences environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in pharma or life sciences
• 3+ years of experience with UAT (test case creation, execution, defect management)
• Experience working in pharma / life sciences industry environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with data validation and system implementations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business expectations
• Facilitate communication between business, QA, and development teams
• Support data validation and ensure compliance with pharma industry standards and regulations
• Assist in process improvements and documentation of current and future-state workflows

Details

• Duration: 9+ months
• Pay: $65/hr - 80/hr W2
• Location: 100% REMOTE - East Coast U.S. only (Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone)
