Your Role

You can expect:

Consulting & Requirements Management:

• Group-internal or department-internal consulting on requirements in ICT risk management and their implementation in the risk2value platform.
• Support in creating user stories and functional specifications, as well as accompanying technical implementation with functional tests.

Application Support:

• Support for the applications of the risk2value platform, including user support, support for interface inputs, error analysis, and optimization of usage.

Backlog Management & Prioritization:

• Support for process owners in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog to keep important features in focus.

Quality Assurance, Test Management & Further Development:

• Ensuring the quality and further development of the application and the underlying processes.

Communication & Interface Management:

• Close collaboration with business departments, IT, and external service providers for the further development of the application and the underlying processes.

Your Profile

You bring with you:

• You have a completed degree in a STEM field, business administration, or a comparable qualification or training, ideally with a focus on GRC, information security, or ICT risk management.
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in information security, ICT risk management, and/or business continuity management, preferably in banks or asset managers, characterizes you.
• You have experience in handling GRC tools, ideally risk2value, as well as their functional support and adaptation to company-specific requirements.
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders and moderating workshops are among your strengths.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.

We are looking for a dedicated personality with analytical and structured thinking skills. You have sound IT knowledge, especially in the areas of information security, ICT risk management, and business continuity management. A strong understanding of risk and the ability to grasp complex contexts are a matter of course for you. You work independently, goal-oriented, and with high quality. Team spirit and a structured, deadline-oriented way of working characterize you. You can also communicate complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner, both in writing and orally.
