Responsibilities

• Take on technical responsibility for the EMPIC (EAP) application to support supervisory, approval, and business processes and ensure its operation
• Elicit requirements and ensure requirements engineering in collaboration with the business units
• Lead projects for the further development of the business application
• Prepare data and develop decision-making bases for steering processes
• Ensure the quality, compliance, data security, and cost-effectiveness of the application
• Plan, coordinate, and carry out releases and tests

Profile

• Completed studies (University of Applied Sciences/University) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable, or completed commercial or technical basic vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience and corresponding further training in the field of IT, Business Analysis, or Process Management (e.g., HF or comparable)
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Manager, or in a comparable role with responsibility for business applications
• Sound knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Process Management (e.g., BPMN) as well as experience with corresponding tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or comparable)
• Experience in project management (planning, leading IT and transformation projects) as well as strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL), interfaces (e.g., APIs), web-based applications (e.g., portals, user access), workflow/case management systems, and data analysis and reporting (e.g., BI tools)
• Active knowledge of a second official language and very good English skills
