About

For a long-term mandate in the public and regulated environment, we are looking for experienced professionals in the field of Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering. The position is located in an agile product team and includes the further development, maintenance, and modernization of several business-critical specialist applications. We are looking for a communicative personality who acts as an interface between the specialist department, development, architecture, and testing, clarifies requirements, and ensures clarity and traceability in implementation.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of workshops with specialist departments, product teams, and stakeholders
• Recording, analysis, consolidation, and clarification of business requirements
• Creation of user stories as well as business and technical stories with acceptance criteria
• Creation of business and system use cases
• Modeling of business relationships with UML
• Coordination with development, architecture, and testing, taking into account interfaces, data flows, and data models
• Creation and maintenance of product and project documentation, especially in Confluence
• Participation in agile meetings such as Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective
• Content-related design and creation of test scenarios and test cases, ideally with XRay
• Maintenance and structuring of requirements and tasks in Jira

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
• Min. 5 years of practical experience in agile projects
• Several years of experience in creating business and technical stories
• 5 years of experience in creating test cases, including at least 1 year with XRay
• Several years of practical experience in UML modeling
• At least 1 year of demonstrable experience with Jira and Confluence
• IREB certification
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken, at least C1 level or native speaker
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as high team ability
